The business teams wanted to automate their processes without going through conventional development. The difficulty was not the tool but the environment: the group's data protection policies blocked some connectors, which makes most standard training exercises unusable.

Around ten staff trained, on the very machines where the group's restrictions apply.

The programme was designed to work without external dependencies: exercise workbooks, a Power Fx fundamentals guide and a self-contained Power Automate lab, all executable as they stand inside the group's environment.

The data protection policy conflicts encountered during the session were resolved live with the participants, which turned an obstacle into a practical case.

The materials remain the client's property and serve as a reference for its teams.
