  Founder — Data scientist & software architect

  I am a data scientist and software architect, and I build systems that run in production rather than demonstrations. My work sits at the exact point where artificial intelligence meets a real trade : a clinic still recording patient files on paper, a forging shop copying out inspection reports by hand, an HR department calculating payroll in a spreadsheet.

  I started at Forgital FMDL, a forging manufacturer in France, where I spent a year improving ring-calculation software and building a convolutional neural network able to read inspection reports automatically. That is where I learned what separates a model that works from a model that is useful : the second condition is far harder than the first.

  I founded NovaAI Tech in 2025 with a precise conviction : in Algeria, the question is not whether AI is useful, but where the data goes. A clinic cannot send its patient records to a server it does not control. That is why everything we deliver can run entirely on the client's own premises : the language model as well as the database.

  I also teach, because delivering software without passing on the skill creates dependency rather than capability. I have run Power BI and Power Platform training for Halliburton and SETRAM, executive briefings on AI with Necform in France, and I have spoken at Samsung on AI and software development.
