Dr Nabi Clinic (Couture Smile) — dental ERP with local AI

A private dental clinic in Oran, organised around surgeries entrusted to practitioners paid on a percentage basis, with salaried staff, expensive consumable stock and an integrated prosthetics laboratory.

Management rested on separate files: procedures in one place, attendance in another, stock elsewhere. Calculating practitioner pay and salaries required reconciling those sources by hand every month. Above all, the clinic wanted artificial intelligence features without any patient data leaving the establishment.

Intelligent ERP developed for the dental clinic: stock, supplier and order management, ZKTeco biometric attendance and AI process automation.

Fully local AI: RAG on ChromaDB, nomic-embed-text embeddings, qwen2.5:32b model served by Ollama on a Mac M1 Max. Modules delivered: patient records, payroll, incident reports, leave, K40 biometric time clock, administrative AI agent with role-based access scope. Implant follow-up module under development.

No patient data and no payroll data leaves the clinic: the language model runs on the establishment's own hardware.

Previously, preparing salaries for around ten people took half a day each month — and only when everything came out right first time, without having to revisit attendance or recalculate bonuses. It is that manual reconciliation which has disappeared: the biometric time clock feeds attendance, attendance feeds payroll, and procedures feed practitioner pay.

DentalNova answers management questions in plain language, each role within its own data scope. The implant follow-up module is under development.
