Assistant for the estate agency. It maintains the portfolio of properties and mandates, tracks viewings and offers, and automatically matches a buyer's requirement to the available properties that fit it.
How ImmoNova works
Matching is described in natural language — "three rooms in Oran, with a lift, under this budget" — rather than in tick boxes, which lets through the criteria nobody had anticipated.
The model is installed on the establishment's own hardware. Documents and data are indexed locally, and each user's scope is applied before reading — not merely at display time. No request leaves the network, and there is no usage-based billing.
