The dental practice's administrative assistant, partitioned by role.

AI agent embedded in the dental ERP. It answers management questions in plain language — payroll, procedures, appointments, stock, attendance, leave, bonuses, results by surgery — and switches to document retrieval when the question requires cross-referencing several months or several tables. Each role (dentist, prosthetist, administrator) sees only its own data scope.

How DentalNova works

DentalNova first routes the question to the relevant business module. If no rule matches, it hands over to a document retrieval engine (LangChain and ChromaDB, nomic-embed-text embeddings) which queries read-only monthly summaries, then has the answer written by a qwen2.5 model served by Ollama.

Partitioning is applied in the engine, not in the interface: a dentist cannot obtain another surgery's figures, even by rephrasing the question. Voice notes are transcribed locally by Whisper.

The model runs on the clinic's own hardware. No patient data and no payroll data leaves the establishment.
