Clinique El Djazayer — website and intelligent internal system
The context
A private multi-specialty clinic seeking to rebuild its entire information system and online presence, with one requirement set from the outset: health data hosting had to remain within its own walls.
The problem
More than twelve functional domains to cover — nursing care, internal training, equipment maintenance, teleconsultation, pharmacy, patient portal — with no market solution able to handle them together or to accept local hosting.
What we delivered
Development of the clinic's website and intelligent internal system.
A 23-page specification, more than 12 functional areas: nursing care, training academy (LMS), maintenance management, teleconsultation, wellbeing survey, pharmacy with mobile scanning, patient portal and Flutter mobile application. Configurable payroll engine, AI chatbots partitioned by role. On-premise PostgreSQL infrastructure with pgvector, PgBouncer and point-in-time backups.
Phase 1 delivered: Django showcase site with AI chatbot and no-code CMS.
The results
A twenty-three-page specification framed the scope before any development, with success criteria for each functional area.
The first phase is delivered: the showcase site, its no-code content manager — the clinic publishes its own pages without calling on us — and MediNova, the assistant that directs visitors to the right specialty and detects emergency wording.
The infrastructure chosen is entirely local: a PostgreSQL database with vector search, connection pooling and backups allowing restoration to a precise point in time.
