A reasoned matching score between an application and a job description.
It compares an application — CV and covering letter — against a job description and produces a matching score together with its justification: what matches, what is missing, what remains to be checked at interview.
How MatchNova works
The score is never returned on its own. Every point is tied to an element of the CV or the job description, so that a recruiter can challenge the reasoning — rather than be subjected to an opaque ranking.
MatchNova assists screening; it does not decide. Automatic rejection without human review exposes the employer as much as it disadvantages the candidate.
The model is installed on the establishment's own hardware. Documents and data are indexed locally, and each user's scope is applied before reading — not merely at display time. No request leaves the network, and there is no usage-based billing.
