Tuition school — student and payroll management system

A private tuition school employing teachers paid on a percentage basis, with students enrolled on session packages and several rooms to keep in use.

Every session has three consequences: it draws down the student's package, it triggers the teacher's pay and it occupies a room. Tracked in separate files, those consequences forced management to reconcile the figures at every month-end.

Student and teacher management, session packages, automatic percentage-based salary calculation session by session, monthly payroll report sent by email, room scheduling, administration and office areas with separate rights, receipt printing.

The session is recorded once and automatically feeds student billing, teacher pay and room occupancy.

The monthly payroll report goes out by email without intervention, receipts print from the entry screen, and management and the office hold distinct rights over the same data.
